Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 7-14 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. We will deliver the equipment by in Inhousegym commercial vehicle and also install that at customer's home. The customer has to pay the payment directly to the InhouseGym bank account.

Return Policy

We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 7 days of your purchase with our receipt or proof of purchase.if 7 days or more have passed since your purchase, we exchange unopened items in original packaging.

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in 7 Days of placing the order. The refund will be provided in the saving bank details provided by the customer. your refund will reflect in your account within 1 to 7 business days once it has been initiated at the doorstep.

Please note, Inhousegym initiates the refund upon successful return pick up, or after the returned item has reached us and quality check is successful. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Therefore, the refund initiation time may vary by time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to a inhousegym warehouse. In case of any refund discrepancies, inhousegym may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.

If you are returning multiple products from a single order then, you will receive a separate Return ID via e-mail for each item. If you are self-shipping the products, you can ship all the products in a single shipment. Please mention the Return IDs for all the products on a single sheet of paper and place it inside the packet.If mode of return is Pickup, our courier person will pickup the products from the pickup address.

InhouseGym allows a full refund on a return. Please keep the receipt.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order only within 12 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests will not be considered after 12 hours of placing the order. Product cannot be exchanged to some other one. The customer will get a full refund after cancelling the order. All cancellation requests should be mail to the following mail-id or the customer can directly contact the following number to cancel the order. please contact our customer support through followings.

You can cancel products purchased from inhousegym within the specified return period products can only be returned for limited number of days.

Create a 'Return Request' via whatsapp,email or directely call us. We offer pick-up facility in selected locations basis our courier serviceability. If reverse pick-up option is not available at your location you can self-ship the product to us

Pick-up: If you want to schedule a pick-up, please place the product in a packet and the product must be unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Keep the packet ready and open to expedi te the return pickup. Our staff may initially examine the product at the time of pickup and a further quality check of the product will be conducted at our Returns Desk.

Self-ship: In case your area pincode is not eligible for “Pick-up” mode then, please self-ship the product to our Returns desk. Please pack the product and ensure product is unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact.Also, please mention Order No and Return id on a piece of paper and place it in the packet. Kindly address the package to the address of the Returns desk.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse. At any time, you can call or whatsapp us to know status of your return request.
